| A new Spanish Language Wing was recently added to Christiansted's Florence Williams Public Library in honor of the rich Spanish Heritage of our island. Miss Zoraida Jacobs curator of the installation lead the ceremonies. |

The opening speech was given by Miss Zoraida Jacobs. The event was well attended and various officials including St. Croix Administrator Pedro Encarnacion, Librarian Mr. Wallace Williams and educator Dr. Yvonne Rivera gave their well wishes during the ceremony. |
