The Liberty Day walk took place on a cool morning and took just over two hours to complete, walking from Frederiksted Town to the Bethlehem Sugar Factory site. We happened upon the last walkers as they finished the trek.

	As we enter the grounds of the Bethlehem Sugar Factory Museum, we are met by some happy walkers.

	The sisters from United Caribbean Association (UCA) were on hand with the refreshments for the walkers. Conch shells were blown during the walk to signal the walkers' approach.

	Teaching the young ones, discussing the meaning of the day and talking of the future.
