Mon Bijou Bypass |
The Mon Bijou Bypass was conceived because of a water flow problem in the MonBijou/Frangipani subdivision. To redirect the flow of water after rainstorms, a plan was made to divert the water and build a bridge. This project is now complete and did well in the first big rains. |
Looking out over the flood plain at the endangered homes of Frangipani. |
And heading back to the second bridge on the Western side of Frangipani, we traverse the old concrete road. |
The end of the concrete road and the beginning of the new road. |
Looking over the edge, the new gut is carpeted in groundcover. |
